We are always trying to be good stewards of the resources God has entrusted to us through the generosity of our ministry partners. In 2019 we had a “no-show” rate of 28%! That is also a 10% increase over the no-show rate in 2018. That’s a whole lot of people who registered; we paid for their meal in advance, but they never told us they weren’t coming. We don’t feel comfortable with that increasing rate and paying for meals that don’t get enjoyed. In 2020, by charging a small fee, we had a significant drop in our no-show rate. Due to the last two years in the world we have had to increase the registration cost to help offset the cost of your meal. The hope is that, by charging a fee this year, we can encourage registrations only from people who really plan to attend as well as offset the high cost of food right now. Thanks for your understanding about this. (Also, if you’re a Hume history buff, you may know that these dinners had a fee to them back in the earliest days of the ministry!)

Great question! This year there is no difference in the dinner vs. lunch option. Both options will have the same content (videos, message, etc). We just wanted to provide day options to be more flexible for everyone.

Yes. We will give you the opportunity to support Hume Ministries, but there’s no pressure! We just want the opportunity to share about this life-changing ministry with you.

Absolutely! We would love for you to fill a table with your guests. The Hume Tour is a great opportunity to introduce your friends to Hume—you know, the ones who don’t quite understand this place that you love so much! Seating will be assigned, so please register your group all together in one online registration, or email Tiffany Blessum at tblessum@hume.org with any questions or details about your group.
