Men's Retreat

Escape with purpose

Overview

Our Men’s Retreat is designed to ignite passionate living for hundreds of men through outdoor activities, great food, engaging worship, and messages of conviction. They are reminders that every man is called to a life of honesty, purity, and integrity. Become the man God has called you to be and be a light in a dark world.

Here at Hume, we absolutely love activities of all kinds. Scaling cliffs, jumping from trees, shooting stuff, driving wild roads, exploring mountains, and of course sport competition—the list is long and FUN.

*Activities subject to weather conditions and availability. A few activities have limited slots available and require an additional cost. Certain activities are subject to age and weight restrictions. Please call or email for more details.

IMPORTANT
Some older mapping services will suggest you take the 245. It is a curvy, winding road that will take you at least an additional hour. DO NOT take 245!

Check in starts at 3:00 PM the first day of the retreat.

You need to be checked out of your lodging by 11:00 AM the last day of the retreat.

We provide:

Dinner the first day of the retreat

All meals each full day of the retreat

Breakfast and lunch the last day of the retreat

There is no cell service at camp. If needed, WiFi is available in select areas for a fee via the ‘Hume Guest’ WiFi network.

If you are attending the retreat, we give you the opportunity to sign up for the following year at the retreat. We then open up registration for everyone else soon after the retreat is over (usually a week from the end of the retreat).

Bobby Scott

Speaker

Bobby Scott pastors at Community of Faith Bible Church in South Gate, CA. He is an alumnus of UCLA and the Master’s Seminary. He cherishes his wife, Naomi, and his six young adult children. It is his consuming desire to be used by God to strengthen the urban church. He believes this objective will be best met by building families, motivating singles to live radically for Jesus, and by expositorily preaching the Word of God. FYI, his favorite two teams are UCLA and whoever is playing USC.
