Dr. Jerry Root is a Professor at Wheaton College, the Director of the Evangelism Initiative, and Faculty/Scholar Practitioner at the Billy Graham Center for Evangelism. He has authored numerous books, contributed to many edited works, and lectured on C. S. Lewis at 67 colleges and universities in 8 different countries. He has published numerous articles about Lewis, Evangelism, Discipleship, and Spiritual Formation. He and his wife, Claudia, have four grown children, and thirteen grandchildren.
