Pine Needle Raking
Sign-ups for 2020 are officially closed! Thank you all who signed up for Pine Needle Raking.
Sign-ups for The 2021 pine needle raking fundraiser begin September 1, 2020
Dear cabin owner: we will rake your lot!
WHAT IS IT?
Each year, the Joshua Wilderness Institute offers an Annual Pine Needle Raking fundraising event! This important event allows some of our students to offset the cost of the different trips they will experience — Mexico, Dominican Republic, Inner-city Los Angeles, and Israel. (learn about our missions opportunities).
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
We offer an online registration and payment system that opens each year on September 1. Please visit this page on or after September 1 to sign up!
DO YOU RAKE EVERY LOT?
We have a limited amount of lots that we can rake (60 maximum) on a first come, first serve basis. Unfortunately, the program only allows for a few days to complete the number of lots, so we’re restricted on the number of lots we can rake. Once the spots are taken…that’s it!
WHEN DO YOU RAKE THE LOTS?
We rake lots on weather-friendly days at some point in late April or early May. As soon as the lots are finished, you’ll receive a confirmation letter and/or email.
On behalf of the students and staff here at the Joshua Wilderness Institute, we thank you for the opportunity to serve you and for supporting this crucial fundraising event!
If you have any questions, feel free to email us at joshuainfo@humelake.org
Blessings to you!
